Varun Rachakonda
Co-Founder
Varun Rachakonda is an Indian American incoming Neurology resident physician at Baylor College of Medicine, the first in his family to pursue a career in medicine. With extensive experience tutoring and mentoring students across the country, Varun's vision is to make the mentoring process one of personal, unrestricted support—something he wishes he had during his own journey. His goal is to create a space where mentorship feels like the support of a family member, offering genuine, heartfelt guidance that is always there, no matter what.

Anuttham Kandhadai
Co-Founder
Anuttham Kandhadai is an incoming Internal Medicine resident physician at The University Texas at Austin Dell School of Medicine. He was one of eight students selected for the prestigious University of Houston BS/MD program. He received a full-ride scholarship for his undergraduate studies and scored in the top percentile on both the MCAT and STEP 2. As an incoming Internal Medicine resident, he is passionate about cardiology and advancing patient care. In his free time, he enjoys fixing cars, playing tennis, and volleyball.
